Tiger Balm White Ointment is only suitable for adults and children 3 years and older.

For relief of nasal congestion: Rub a thick layer onto the chest or throat at night and/or morning. Keep clothing loose to let the vapours rise to the nose and mouth.

For relief of headaches: Rub a small amount onto the temples and forehead and lightly rub in a circular motion. Reapply if needed.

For temporary relief from aches and pains: Rub gently on the affected parts of the skin as often as necessary (usually 3 to 4 times daily).
