Have used for years, however I was taken back when I burned my hand on the oven rack and my mum said to use Tiger Balm on the burn… I did and it actually stopped the sting and healed fast. Blown away by this, I just used on my sunburn and it also has given relief, not fully recover but much better. I did applied the product a day before having the sunburn, so maybe the quicker the application the better. I cannot fault your product!
